when i worked at hansons, as a Night watchman
one Friday left home at Athersley to go to work at 6 pm
on Arriving the Boss was waiting for me
he said ,you cant go on Holiday to morrow(i had left a wife and 4 young kids alreaady to go when i got home)we were going to Golden Sands Mablethorpe
to a caravan where we had been to before
we got the ad from the Star,no Phone number we did it by Letter

so can you imagine my frustation,i had to tell the family
but more tha that,i had to get in touch with the Owners
Now when i told him that i did not have a clue
He said OK i will help you,he got a Load of Direcrories of Sheffield
cant remember the street name
so i will call it ant Street number140

He flicked open a directory, looked at it and said

soo we rang that number
go a reoly straight away
told them of the problem
luckily they were friends she fetched the Owner
She said No problem ,its not booked ,you can book it for the folling weeek

When i got home and Broke the News
the kids were not upset
there were thing they wanted to do
