    Don't use putty

use plenty of talcom powder on your hands pick up the putty and work it with both hands until usable then stick it in window frame using your thumb to press it in once youv got agood bed press your glass into it then put some more putty on top and then smooth of with a wet knife or chizel (spit is the best thing to whet your knife with) . there you go

  8. You are Adam Hinchcliff reincarnated....aren't you?

With a comedy Barnsley dialect style of bad writing thrown in....yes?
Or do you genuinely talk and write like this?

Hole pain is bad, you don't want that! That could disturb the peace if it was really painful!

This is the best thread in ages

All we really need is a video of LockeParkTyke trying to replace the pane and cut it with a hacksaw and I suspect tears will be rolling down my face

Tip - cutting glass is really difficult - you could try perspex instead and hope no one notices

    Or

he could board it up, paint it black and just hope they are never home during the day!

He might get away with it now the nights are closing in!
