We have midfield players now who are getting in each other's way - Hourihane, Pearson, Crowley, Rothwell (when playing) all similar types of player, and hampering each other from making a telling contribution. Scowan was needed to bail out the defence at times, but we could have done with another Scowan up front. The others are all tippy tappy. Wish we had a game changer - like Hammill (as he was then), Devaney, or Campbell-Ryce. Harris looked promising when he came on, but three months?
