Being used in 3 of the 4 FA Cup quarter finals. Not used at Wigan presumably because they don't have the facility for it. Surely they should use it in all games or none of the games? Wigan and Southampton were both being disadvantaged unfairly in my opinion.
What do they need for it to work? Wigans ground is used for rugby league so they're all kitted out for the video ref etc. I don't know why they haven't gone down exactly the same route as rugby and cricket etc, and made it so the crowd can see on the big screen. Seems much fairer.
