ver interesting stuff... and id like to know your opinions...

iv just read a blog on the bbc sport website about a motivator that works at huddersfield fc.... and how he is affecting the players, after reading some of the comments all of the hudds fans are raving about there back room staff, the assistants to there manager lee clark and the coaches as so on...

just wondering when it was that we had a really good back room staff, the type we could rave about??

to me at the minute it seems as thought the coaches at the club are not really improving the current crop of players at all, you cant really honestly say any player we have at the minute has grown in value since joining us, unless you count them having championship expirience, i honestly believe after reading that blob that this is what we are lacking, the coaches and back room staff to motivate and improve our players, if we had a decent back room staff im sure the players would be consistantly improving and therefore not only adding value but also adding dimensions to there game...

Fazackerly's at the Galpharm. He did a lot for us, I don't think.

 

Plenty of players have developed whist with us, Brian Howard for one...
