    Kept myself away from listening to Neville as much as I can.. then I watch the BBC highlights and he doesnt fail me ... according to him the Croatian keeper SHOULD have saved the penalty... not he did well to get near it.....what a twot....every penalty SHOULD be a goal...you kin idiat..

    I agree with him. Keeper got a full hand to it, should have kept it out. In fact I think it was the keeper's other hand that knocked it in.

    He's the best pundit on tv. It is Gary you're on about isn't it?

    Once he had gone the right way and got a full hand on it he should have kept it out - not heard Neville but if he said the keeper should have saved it I know what he means. He should also have saved both the other goals as well to be honest - especially the 3rd goal that was really poor keeping

    He should have saved it and he should have saved the third goal too. The fact that it was never a penalty in a million years is more frustrating.

    He should have, he probably shouldn't have been beaten at his near post for the 3rd goal either. Just goes to show that even when neither team looked world beaters, that bit of quality made all the difference in the end.

    Apart from the fact

    The keeper should have saved it and Gary Neville's one of the best pundits on TV and seems a genuine bloke, you've called that just right.

    He should have saved it. It was a poorly taken spot kick and after getting a full hand to it, it should have been saved.
