The trialist we had in the U23's is scoring for fun. Bagged another 2 today. Does anyone know if we've signed him up permanently?
Orient are a mess. He broke into their squad as a 16 year old, made a few brief cameos, went on loan to a few non league teams where he seemingly did well (according to an evening standard article saying he scored a lot), then went back to Orient and made his breakthrough last year but his development has been stalled by working under 4 managers in quick succession. He's physically very strong for a 19 year old lad. Depends if Hassell and Devaney etc think he can develop further or if he's someone who will do well in kids football due to strength. Hopefully they see big improvements in him and with the right coaching can do well in the game.
watched him last Friday , looked sharp and worth a punt with our shortage of strikers , not the tallest though , looked older than 19
Kienan Davis at Villa was released by Stevenage, so fact Orient let him go isn't an indicator that he'll not make it.
