Anyone watch the documentary on her last night? Staggeringly frank, amazed how open everyone involved was. Proper good telly

    Recorded it.

There's a documentary on Bradley Wiggins tonight, ITV 4 8pm, after the Tour de France highlights. I can't imagine it's going to be up to the same standard, but it should still be interesting.

Filmed completely in a diuretic den with riders shooting up everyweer and with a chest freezer full of blood samples.

Nice one Jay, I'll watch that. I followed up with BBC Three's Amazing Olympic Moments. Needless to say it didn't benefit from the same high quality production values.

I thought the Faster Higher Stronger programmes on BBC 2 last week were excellent too, definitely worth watching an I-Player if you missed them.

    You not a fan?

I think I like the Tour de France more than football. Have that.

I watched the Olympics moments thing too. A bit of fluff but it was entertaining enough.

Never watched it. And don't understand it.

I like lots of things more than football, you don't support us to enjoy it.

The amazing moments were amazing. The sections with Richard Bacon, Colin Jackson et al were hideous

Watched bits of the cycling, some brave folk on them push irons. I was watching Chris Boardman talk about one of the stages and he said that the cyclists reach 67-70mph coming down from the mountains! Jesus, on a push iron? I'd **** it in a car.

Excellent programme. Why was it such a 'crime' for her and the trainer to fall in love? can't see how it may impact on tyhe other cyclists.
p.s. anone able to explain how the keirin (sp) and madison competitions work?

Keirin is that the one with bloke on moped building up the speed in front of riders.

Keirin - people follow a motorbike and the fastest wins.
Madison - complete madness tag-team bike race where you get points for lapping the other team and finishing first.

Madison is a bit like a team relay race.

Most people cannot have that as they are working for a living in the afternoon.

Perhaps they can have the highlights later on as you so generously point out to them
