Video clip downlaoding and converting to 3gp format

    Can anyone please advise me how to download video clips from You Tube and then convert them into 3gp format to view on my phone. I presume there is some free software somewhere?

    It worked with one clip, but no sound?

    Picture quality is very sharp but there is no sound - have you come across this problem?
    Also, when trying to convert another file it says "server too busy" - is this also a common problem?

    I have had the same problem too, not sure how to make it work though!
