    Massive, massive mistake moving there imho, reckon it's going to backfire spectacularly. Especially if they spend a few years outside the top flight. Upton Park is a superb ground, amazing atmosphere there. One of the few examples of a redeveloped ground which has retained its uniquie feel and character.

    only need to stay down this year for it to backfire. parachute payments yes, but the new financial rules come in next season, and if they're in the championship, a lot of players including nolan, won't be there.
