MARTIN O'NEILL is hot on the trail of Barnsley's wonderkid striker Reuben Noble-Lazarus. Noble-Lazarus, now 16, is the youngest-ever Football League player at 15 years and 45 days and Aston Villa boss O'Neill will have to part with around £1million. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/2693643/Martin-ONeill-has-the-Noble-touch.html
RE: I've never saw him play... He was good in pre-season. Got a good left peg on him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P9wVJApbpDE
Because he's one for the future. He's got what it takes to be worth way more than one million in the future.
I'd take that.... £1m up front, Another £1m clauses (Apps, Int. Apps and goals). Then a hefty percentage of next sale 25-40%. That would be a great deal for the club, Villa will think they have a good deal, RNL gets a chance at the Prem with a manager with a reputation for bringing on young talent. Everyones happy!!!
Yes that would be a great deal think the academy has done very well to get a kid through with such talent that we are here talking about millions of pounds for a player with hardly no experience and to say as well we have interest from a top 6 premeiership team speaks volumes for the lads potential.
