Ah, no, it isn't actually!!!

    If you revisit my post, I claimed Windass-immunity. So the full weight of the Windass falls on you!!! Ha-ha!! When will people learn?!?!? You've GOT to read the Windass small-print more carefully. And anyway, the search function's still knackered. And I was in Marseille at the time. That last bit's true.

    I think you'll find...................

    if you read the Windasssmall print ,clause sub paragraph 251 subsection d i)f part 5 clearly states that it becomes null and void on a transfer away from Bradford City:D :D :D

    er no...

    depends whether the Windass occurs during the normal football season or after. In this case it was prior to the end( or March 1st whichever is the earlier) and Windasswas at Bradford at that time. Therefore your immunity is null and void as a result the 'windass' is valid and incurrs the obligatory 'five match ban'

    Sec 27 'Windass' protcol sub sec 37 para 2. b

    Search works OK as long as you use it properly.

    Ha!! Gotcha!!!

    That version of Windass was scrubbed from the statute books as part of the Treaty Of Notts County!!! You're quoting from an invalid document, lol!! If you check page 22, paragraph 7, it clearly, and with no option of any comeback from you after this post, states;

    'in the event of the Search function being knacked, all subsequent claims of 'Windass' shall be declared null and void until the aforementioned Search facilty gets fixed, an' that'......'anyone citing 'Windass' during this period is in clear breach of the law andhimself becomes fully accountable and responsible for thealleged Windass'

    and

    'should the accused Windass-ee be out of the country, especially Southern France,at the time of the original posting, his accuser shall be strung up by the knackers in Peel Square, or summat'

    It's there in black an' white, Paul. Can't believe what with you being such a statto, that you didn't check these things first.

    I'm afraid...............

    all versions running under Windows XP are automatically null and void once Vista was introduced-I have checked with the European Courts and they fully concur

    They have also issued an injunction stating that anyone else trying to use the old version of the Windass clause will automatically receive a 5 match ban AND be forced to watch all Leeds United home games next season-so you had better beware :D
