Some very fond memories here and I do remember most of it.
I just love Derek Parker's back heel against Wrexham
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OeuLN5m2FE

nice....
and wouldn't you like stand at the matches. it could have been organised, rather than just B*ll*cks all seats.

Bring back toilet roll throwing when goals are scored You'd probably get kicked out of the ground now though. Offensive weapon ... even if you were so extravagant as to use Quilted Double Velvet
We used to pinch.... bus ticket rolls from the little compartment behind where the driver would sit on the bus
RE: Mike Lester (Y) I rated him too. He got a fair kick on him and was normally a solid tackler. Happy days indeed! The cry of "Come on you Reds!" whenever we got as corner was brilliant as all three sides of Oakwell would join in back then.
It just looked so good to see all the corners full too. Took me back to the days of standing in the brewery stand and then jumping into the ponty end for the second half
Just seen myself - fans on the pitch at the beginning - anybody know what match it was? don't think it was 1981 promotion - that was at night
I remember being at quite a lot of the games shown but you didn't get a lot of crowd coverage back then.
I remember that very well.
We all went out for a meal in the evening at Painthorpe and we were all watching match of the day and sat with Big Mick. He said that he couldn't believe that Banksy took the shot as he had told him to chip it into the box.
