If you use Virgin Media, change any password that is the same as the one used on the Virgin Media website. Their passwords are stored insecurely and would easily be leaked if ever they were hacked. This also applies to any website that is able to send your password to you in a readable form when you press “forgot password”. For those unaware, passwords stored in a database should be encrypted one way, so they should never be reversible. If the website is able to access your password, there is something very wrong. Also, use different passwords on every website anyway.
