    I upgraded

to the 40 quid package - minus the mobile sim hence 30 quid package inc 2 meg b/b, telly package inc setanta sports and phone rental and some calls.

Paid 150 quid "installation" for the V+ box with no monthly extra. The V+ is fantastic.

The broadband is OK - no problems.

No doubt with a bit of "I'm considering sky" banter you may get the 150 V+ fee waived or reduced.

Keep losing connection, slowing down, alsorts. Pain in the arse. Making them come out to fit a new modem and test the cable.

    Got broadband

no problems, but seems to be slowing a little.

Wouldn't touch their TV with a barge pole though.

Had a few occasions where they've sent me a bill, I've paid it as requested only to find out I hadn't paid all that was owed and had been cut off. Their reasoning was that whilst I have a letter stating what I owe them that may not be the correct figure and I should always check with them that it's correct before paying. They've been complete ***** recently.
