Virgin V+ box/service any good??

Just sent mine back after the year, not because it was bad or faulty but i found i wasn't using it, the wifes domain that, she watches that much she hasn't time to record stuff and watch it later, i did get a couple of programmes done and found it to be ok. worth the extra tenner IF you are going to use it,

 

Had mine about 6 months mate. It's been ace! Double the hard drive capacity of Sky+ and if you have a HD ready tv, you can watch BBC HD for free (although the station is only a trial so far). Don't know what i'd do without mine now tbh. When it's empty I think there is about 80hrs recording time. I have quite a few films on mine and still have about 56hrs time remaining.

 

Is this a cable thing?

If so, I'll look forward to being able to use it in 2031 when Barrow finally gets cable.

It is mate. Unfortunately I am wanting to move back to Royston in the near future - and cable is not in Royston (N)
