hope you are talking about Macafee, it kept switching the bloogy computer off and emails took an eternity to download I know AVG is good, especially with Microsoft office, but not sure with express
No, unfortunately I'm talking about Outlook Express and AVG. However, I haven't quite worked out whether it was just that or because Norton was also pre-installed and running in the background.

If you did have Norton in the background that would cause all kinds of probs. I had to completely get shut of all traces of it when I changed to McAfee a while back.</p> There's a tool thats on the Norton website that completely cleans any traces from your system. </p>
Thanks love, it was Norton that was causing the problems. Managed to get shut of it and everything is hunky dory.
