    Early crosses from the wingers , especially shukes.
    Devaney running into the box at the far post to collect the early crosses.
    More cover from the midfield for the defence - massively important.
    More game plan - simplified football.
    A never say die attitude.

    aimed at bobby the leaping salmon hassle to head back in to the danger area, won most of them aswell(Y)

    His dealing in the transfer windows has been excellent. Martin Devaney - free transfer - bloody hell, bargain or what. Hayes was also a great signing. Look at his assists and goals.
    Also the players want to perform under Ritchie (unlike Hart).

    No problems with Hassell doing that I just wish he would do it back in our box when they have a corner. Andy Ritchie wasn't impressed that we conceded 3 form set pieces last night.</p>

    plus some of the crossing, think i counted 8 corners/crosses that didnt even beat the first defender

    1 goal in 13 this season

    Great striker. I can see him playing league 2 football with Rotherham next season. I think thats where he belongs. As soon as he leaves we thrash Oldham 4-0 with Nards (his replacement) scoring. (Y)

    He has signed some great players

    Including Hayes who is our top scorer and Devaney who is our 2nd top scorer.
    He knows a good player when he sees one.
