Vista Help before I throw this through the window

Anybody know what the f I do to delete a programme on this pile of *****?

I installed my printer driver but it's not vista compatible. I want to delete this before I download the new Vista compatible one but I keep getting a "Destination folder access denied" window which says you need to confirm this operation, when I press continue I get a "Windows needs your permission to continue" window, when I press continue it brings me back to the previous access denied window.

Any ideas?

 

to unistall a programme go to the control panel and in the bottom left there is an unistall programme button.

 

But the programme I want to install isn't in there

Try going into Printers, see if its shown there, if it is delete it and it should ask if you want to delete all files to do with it and just click for yes. if not and its not shown in the add and remove programmes then just download the Vista Driver and install it, it will either choose hat driver to be the default printer or overwrite the non vista one.

Most programmes are incompatible. It will be great when all the updates are brought.
