    does anyone on here run vista, and what would be the best version for a dual core home pc?
    it gets mind bogling with these 32/64 bit, single core/ dual core/ ex space shuttle pc add on etc...............

    any helpful info would be greatly appreciated............

    Well...

    It's Windows isn't it? Come on, it sucks. It's trying desperately hard to follow in Apples footstops with regards to the GUI.

    If you want my opinion, install Linux instead. Far, far, far better. Only downside is that it dosn't contain the advanced software packages like Excel, Word, Access etc. It does have its own word processor and spreadsheet etc and overall is far better to run, alot smoother and efficient and if your at all interested - better for hacking hehe.
