Man Utd were simply a far better team on the night, should have been out of sight before half time. It's not about how many times you hit the woodwork, it's how many times you get it between the woodwork.

They weren't far better. Man Utd should have been out of site in the first half, but weren't. 2nd they were hanging on. Fairly even over all. Decent game, two good teams.
It was almost a walk in the park in the first 45 minutes for Man Utd, it was easy. As per usual, Chelsea got lucky and scored the poxiest goal in my memory. The second half, because of the late goal, went with the momentum and Chelsea got back into it, though never really threatened, the Drogba effort never looked like going in. Extra time belonged to United.
if you look at good chances I'd say Man U had the most, Tevez header with carrick follow up, Tevez sliding in and Giggs off the line, chelsea woodwork twice Man U pissed on them in the 1st half and vice versa the second! Glad Man U won, they play better football and buy/produce good english players!
