Thought at the time "you're sure how bad that knee is then, Theo?"

I have an image in my head of Jermaine Dafoe giving Theo a 1-0 gesture.

Arse's premiership challenge gone south too.

It looked bad at the time but out for the rest of the season is really bad news for Him Arsenal and England
He is a good player but does seem to be made of glass

Can get 5/1 with Betvictor on Young making the squad. Looks a cracking bet to me.

No idea. Definitely not at work, though. Honest.

Great news. That's our excuse sorted already. "If only we'd had Walcott, he'd have a made a difference."

Just need Ashley Cole to get a knock and we can throw the towel in.

Of course it will only be England that have major injury issues going in to the World Cup.... right?

That's bad news for the lad, but if it's 6 months he has an outside chance?

He's got pace and can finish, but I'm not sure he has the strength to succeed against wise and tough defenders at World Cup level.

Hope he gets a chance though, as I say.....good luck with quick recovery.

    Bad news, especially for Theo.

We always have our World Cup hopes dashed injury before the tournament but it seems to get earlier and earlier that it happens. I'll have to make sure I go easy on my 20 month old son tomorrow playing football, otherwise our hopes for the 2030 World Cup could be gone! ;)

It's a blow for England imo. Only thing we can use that might hurt opponents is pace.

Shame that, I'd go as far as to say he's our most dangerous player...not that he has loads of competition for the title.

Hasn't he been injured for every world cup he's been available for? Apart from obviously the one where Sven took him as a bairn and never played him.

I'm gutted. He's a lot better than our other options on the right wing.
