You can turn it off anytime you like, in fact you don't even have to turn it on. You were tuning in for X factor weren't you?

Hoping we dont get out of the group stage

so rugger buggers can fck off home cos this is on our own patch, suddenly we aren't all that. And yes I'd rather watch x factor and Strictly than posh boys sport.

Hate to break it to you but the tournament doesn't end until the final regardless of England's success.

I've never been a posh boy before, it'll take some getting used to.

Such a dull sport, and 15 blokes who have zero in common with me representing my country so I turned it over to World Road Race Championships, different class to posh rugby and a new Yorkshire world champion at the end of it. Congratulations Lizzie Armitstead.

Flicked over to the pool too - both Yorkshire players in the semis.

The wounder is were just as **** at rugby

That superior attitude just got burst when 'England' let Wales (???) score a try and the bloke that said no to kicking a penalty in favour of kicking into the corner is now regretting it, so you get to watch it for 7 days, not nice is it, maybe the rugger buggers might think again when pillocking when the footy doesn't go our way.

ie were just as **** at football as rugby.

Aye so you've said. You don't get it. It's the thinking mans version.

Run tackle run tackle run tackle (**** all else). League is a bit like basketball. One dimensional.

You seem to have watched it all tonight. I might go look in the tv guide to find something I hate and watch it all. Gonna find a forum after and slag it off.

As a proud Englishman tonight hurts but for some loyalty only goes so far so enjoy laughing but remember you can choose a lot of things in life but not where you are from

The game is called 'Rugby Football' you know that. Kicking has been, and always will be a key part of the game.

Infact, the 'tries' you mention, actually refers to a 'try at goal' hence the conversion afterwards.

Union is a global sport and is growing in popularity in different parts of the world. League is a played in the north of England and in half of Australia and in New Zealand too but that's about it is it not? Just takes one aspect of the sport that is union (run, tackle, run, tackle) and watered down the product in my opinion. Granted some may prefer it, and I don't mind watching both codes myself, but there really is no comparison
