I hope to god Wallwork isn't fit, was having a really bad off day and was wearing his boots the wrong way round, cos if he didn't he's playing two leagues higher up than he should be. Absolute cack. Fair enough he gets a foot in but his distribution was awful. Also heard a rumour that Howard was dropped because he's got too much timber on him and needs to cut back on the ale. For all I care he can look like Russell Grant - if we are going to leave him out for a clogger like Wallwork then we are f*cked. I think the vast majority of teams would have wiped the floor with us today on that performance. I know Rcihie's time has now gone but my fatha made a good point today - if Ritchie would have still been here and played his usual team against Ipswich we would have been 3 up at half time.

Hope I'm not being too negative like.

agree with most points, except the wallwork one. thought he did very well.

i think we were too negative but perhaps that was needed to be sacrificed to gain points.

and i think howard got dropped because he was the only one to speak out about ritchies sacking....

    ????

Togwell for me had a very poor game by his standards - both of them gave too many balls away. like I said before maybe time will prove me wrong and I hope it does, but at the moment sacrificing Howard for Wallwork and playing **** football will not get us out of the relegation zone.

seeing our trend it could possibly be
    3-0 half time
    3-4 full time

    We were crap mate.

Don't get me wrong the 3points are in the bag, but that was awful. I don't think there was any one performance that stood out from anybody - Reid looked sharp when he came on and caused them problems but other than that, it was like League one standard today. Knight looked unfit and couldn't do much with the long balls and McCann did v.well with the goal and had some nice touches but could have got a bit more involved. I get the point about how sometimes you have to play ugly football to grind out results, etc, etc, and obviously results are what we need, but we if keep giving balls away and not creating anything against other teams we are up **** creek.
