    The link you put says "remanded on bail", so in what way has Rob got it wrong? You really can't help yourself!

    Thats the correct terminology for Courts 'remanded on bail until ....'

    Sounds like...

    ...the case is between hearings a court and an application to refuse bail has been successful and the suspect has been remanded prior to his next hearing. Just isn't worded very well.

    I've never heard of conditional bail referred to as 'remanded on bail' before.

    there's nothing wrong with the wording,

    you are either remanded in custody, or remanded on bail (with or without conditions) - its the usual terminology
