Gillingham play Walsall tomorrow night. Personally, I'd prefer Walsall to get an away win, as they've still got a game in hand on us, and Gillingham have a tough run in. A win for either side, and a win for us, will leave us three points away from the play-offs. Still very much achievable.
We need to start fast tomorrow. We've been half asleep in most of our games recently, until waking up after half time. Get at them from kick off, quick tempo, early goal, Bob's your aunty.
Agreed... Oldham are not out of the woods yet but a win for them tomorrow would just about take them safe... they will be coming to Oakwell with win on their agends, and definitely not a defeat. A draw would be totally no use to us, we simply must win tomorrow IMHO
Re: Agreed... Oldham are not out of the woods yet Might catch Burton yet 'cos they are proper on the slide (good old cloughy working his 'magic') and despite the points they've gained so far, I don't think they are a good side. Definitely the ones to play in the play offs if they slip out of the top 2
Re: Agreed... Oldham are not out of the woods yet No chance. We'd need to win at least five of our final six games, and hope that Burton barely pick up a point from their final five.
Re: Agreed... Oldham are not out of the woods yet Unlikely I know but I do think they will be caught by one of the chasers and slip into the play offs - they've only took 2 points from their last 4 games
I agree, I think Bradford will sneak into the top two, but I really can't see Burton finishing below us.
Amazing when you think if we hadnt be SO **** under LJ at the beginning we'd have probably been in the top two, thats if we had even been mediocre back then. I said at the time giving him so ling would bite us, althought I thought in terms of relegation. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
