I can't see Cryne sacking this pillock now............ but one things for sure if we go down then Cryne has got to take a large portion of the blame, he's a gutless fecker is our Paddy.
Definatley. All this stronger together ***** has been a waste of time. Who wants to come and watch this crap week in week out? let alone in league 1.
Out of order and wrong! Pat Cryne has put millions into the club, and not taken a penny out. And he is a fan!
I have genuine concerns about Cryne, if you can't deal with that ok........ like most on here you fear that Cryne will walk away because he's being criticised, well, the guy has handle the Davey issue with all the skill and dexterity of a blind juggler.
Don't be ridiculous He wants what is best for the club, believe me. At this stage of the season, the only reason to sack the manager, is to accept we are relegated, and plan for next season. And I do believe we will see SD sacked
RE: Don't be ridiculous No the only reason is to give us a good chance of staying up, cos i and the majority of Barnsley fans can't see it happening with this wooden ****** in charge!
And if he does walk away... ... who picks up the bills? I don't think he will, but blaming him is out of order.
I agree that we won't stay up But changing the manager won't have the desired affect, unless the new man can take charge immeadiatly.
OK Rufus Before you go one step too far on this post i suggest You Email the club and in particular Patrick Cryne with your Allegations/thoughts/ideas. That way he will i am sure answer you directly.
RE: Is he blameless? I would urge you think about you're answer nt I would perhaps say that he is not blameless for his decisions made in not sacking Davey (and the decision to give him a 4 year contract on the back of a couple of cup wins). However, I would say that his position is beyond reproach, and yes, that is just simply because he is THE reason we have a club at all. He could do what the hell he liked and he'd never get any come back from me. Jesus - if there was ever a reason not to take over a club in trouble then your position on the matter is it. Remind me of this thread if I ever win the Euro Millions jackpot - I'd sooner flush it down the toilet than invest it in a football club. - some people can't be pleased.
Waste of time Jax, do you believe Cryne is blameless in this situation we find ourselves in? just an honest answer will do.
As the owner he has delegated the responsibility for managing the team to Davey. He has made the decision to see if Davey can get us out of this. Cryne can't manage the team. Time will tell if he has made the correct decision, and I have no doubt he will admit if he is wrong. All owners can be targeted for sticking with the manager. Man U were one game away from sacking Ferguson. Time will tell if Cryne was right. I'm as angry and upset as you are. We all are tonight.
RE: Is he blameless? I would urge you think about you're answer nt Far from being blameless I lay the blame for our forthcoming relegation 100% at Cryne's door. He had the opportunity to save us by sacking this clown months ago and chose to sit on his hands while Davey took us down. I for one will not allow what he has done for the club in the past ( For which I'm still 100% grateful) to cloud my judgement now. Cryne's inability to make the required decision has sent us down.
I am suprised at the Cryne bashing, he has been a exemplory employer, better than many I have worked for. He has shown great loyalty to he employee giving him every opportunity to come up with the goods. Unfortunetly Mr Davey has proven not to be up to the task...to be fair he has stuck to his job like the insane.... doing the same thing time after time yet expecting a different result.... if he had gambled at times some of us might have felt sympathy....dont expect to hear of Daveys departure untill the season is over one way or the other... just pray that Mr Cryne doesnt lose interest and walk away... if that happens we are in the ...brown and smelly...
