    No. I missed the first 10 minutes commentary of the game so i don't know if it was mentioned why he wasn't on the bench.

    He could always play in the reserves to get match fitness

    Oh crap we scrapped those didn't we and I don't think he's exactly a 'development squad' type player at his age

    i think its a confidence thing putting him on the bench, can't see him being involved until September.

    I think thats the point though isn't it

    If he was right to be on the bench on saturday then why would he suddenly not be tonight unless he'd suffered a setback?

    My guess would be that davey hasn't got a clue which of the young strikers is best so wanted them all on the bench in this game in case we were winning comfortably then he could pick and choose who to fetch on and possibly play all three, sodje, adam and lazarus. This meant hume missing out

    they played carlisle and the result ended up 1-1. Better for him to play 90 Min's then 15 Min's at Lincoln.
