    If the ref gave a free kick out side the box then i would suggest it was not a penalty.If the offence had taken place inside the box then the referee would probably have given a penalty but he didn't which is why he gave a free kick.

    Stop trying to look smart JT, your just not. What your saying there is every descion the Ref gave he got right, well he didn't.

    And again to someone with a brain and at least a small amout of inteligence.

    No it wasn't. Davies' momentum meant he fell in the penalty area, but the foul was committed outside.

    It's that straightforward. You must have missed Peter Walton's performance at St Mary's yesterday.

    I thought we had two good shouts for pens and their player should have been sent off for the foul on Davis.
