    Not to my eye.

Compared to four or five games ago we’ve improved markedly.

Much more solid at the back, (Pinnock is very steady), and today we were looking a bit better (at least not completely toothless) going forward. Barnes’ header back stick first half should have been taken, go one nil up it’s a different game. Thiam looks to have more ability than most of the squad.

Re their goal - Lindsay could have attacked the ball, Davo might (maybe should) have come out and got it. But the main issue was not cutting out the cross. Yiadom was a lame duck, he shouldn’t have been sent back on. At least he should have been hidden on the wing if he was trying to run it off and have Hammill or Williams covering at right back. If he had been able to run, the crosser is closed down properly, the ball may not have got there.

Overall I’m not sure it was terrible. Don’t get me wrong, not great, but not without any hope. One or two decent additions next month could make the difference.

The issue is that if we lose on Monday, this was a terrible result; but beat the mackems it looks like a decent Christmas period.

Think the last two games have been better. Still not great, but signs of improvement. We need some confidence, some luck, and a few new players.

Absolutely not. Some proper drama queens out on show tonight. We dominated them all over the pitch, from minute 1. We did everything but score (until we scored, like) and their goal was massively against the run of play. It's obvious we've got problems up front. Blindingly obvious. But some of the criticism coming from people today, is mental. We were the better team by a country mile - just couldn't get the ball over the line (until we did, like)

Didn't go today so can't say. Looking at the bigger picture the problem is clear. We domy score goals. We have to add quality in attacking positions. So we wait and see if we try that or go back to league 2 shopping.

I’m happy that someone else is seeing the games that I am seeing and noticing the improvement, too many doom n gloom merchants around.

    Agree with all of this

We aren’t far off but do need reinforcement.

Could really do with keeping Barnes too

I thought we were bloody good today.

We should have won. I am gutted that we didn't.

Defensively we're improving game by game. Pinnock obviously has made a difference. He's adapted so quickly it's incredible. Much like Goose did last season.

The issue lies with the lack of creativity, however we are creating clear chances now, we're just not taking them.

Effort & tactics spot on. Ability in the front 6 is lacking. I hope with games & experience we come good but it’s a big ask against the teams around us.

Found today enjoyable though, better team by some distance. It’s more frustration than anything. Just a bit more quality & we’d be doing well
