It was our match for the taking until Winnall went off - he scared their defence to death, once he was taken off they got their deck chairs out.

I don't think their defenders feared Winnall whatsoever today.

Scared their defence to death? Really? I think he's only touched the ball 10 times in the first 2 home games..

At least they had something to think about when he was on,; after like I said, deck chairs out (apart from having to defend after Hourihane's dive at the death).

Winnall needs better support than either Watkins or Wilkinson can provide. He can't do everything on his own.

    You must be Winnall's mother.

He needs to get in his stride quickly or there'll be a rush to get someone else in and he won't be starting.

He poses insufficient goal threat at the moment, irrespective of how popular he is.

But......it was the same last year - it took him a while to get going.

Winnal can't play up front on his own. He is a penalty area player and isn't going to score running around on the wing.

He needs someone up front with him, instead of a bank of 5 midfielders tip tapping the ball to each other slowly.

Winnall will score 20 a season if you play someone alongside him. I'm not sure why LJ has missed this.
