    Nope we have had some bad managers but he wasnt one of them

    Not at all. We only bottled it at the latter stages of the big tournaments under him.

    There are good candidates available this time. If they make another bad choice then they should be ashamed of themselves. O'Neill, Capello, Mourinho may all be interested and have nothing stopping them from taking the job. I personally can't see why a manager couldn't do the job on a part-time basis, so if O'Neill got the job he could stay on at Villa as well. Thats if he wanted to anyway.
