RE: it's the new memory stick slot apparantly the bird has evolved over the years so that it now accepts several different types of memory card where sounds can be played randomly through it's beak - on the uncut version of the clip the bird can be heard singing 'the nokia tune'
it's pretty amazing although not as amazing as the parrot i once had that used to ask me how my day had been on coming in from work and learnt ME to swear
