    They have a wage bill that is half of ours. A bigger catchment area for young players to be sought a continuing success at brining young players on and selling them for better money and one of the best scouting networks in the lower leagues.

    Barnsley have to compete in a congested footballing area they have yet to sell a player on for big money or show that they can produce consistently players who can play at a higher level and do not have a scouting network in place to match its peers.
