Conor sitting on the bench. How he's not playing in this team I have no idea. They've been battered for an hour and not strung three passes together.

Agree. Ireland look daft. their passing and crossing is muck down.

This instantly will result in them winning 3-1 now.

To be fair I can see why he's not playing. All Ireland do is smash it from back to front as quickly as possible and bypass midfield. Any class in the middle would be wasted.
They haven't even managed to get hold of it often enough to smash it forward that often either.

I'm in Ireland. The pundits on RTE (Dunphy, Brady and Dieter Hamman) were scathing about Ireland's performance. Seemed to be very anti-Martin O'Neill et al.

Dietmar Hamman! I spent all night trying to put a name to the face! They certainly did give them some stick.
Do you live in Ireland by the way?

No. Just touring the West Coast. In Clifden Co Galway tonight which could be fun given Galway have just beaten Waterford in the all-Ireland hurling final! My parents were from Donegal so I'm a frequent visitor. Do you live here?

Thank you. Must do Kerry. Just about the only part I've not visited.
