Well, if I take my metered bills and do some quick arithmetic, I reckon that means you only shower once a fortnight and only flush after a number two.

Am I right or am I right?

    Well

    2 of us and child
    washing machine seldom idle
    10 showers a week
    4 baths a week

    abart 25 notes a month

Dont wash car or water garden. (if you do either then it'l cost a packet)

You will pay abart 1.80 per cubic meter or 1000 litres including the sewage charge.
tap running full bore = abart 0.25 to 0.5 litres sec = 900 -1800 litres an hour or abart 2 to 3 quid.

1/2 a bath of water abart 250 litres of water.

    RE: Well

costs us about £230 a year on meter, just me an our lass but we do have a fish pond, but great thing bout this is that we refill the pond once/twice a year and cos we are on a meter we dont have to pay sewerage on the amount used to fill it and just the basic water charge for that amount, and we dont even have to prove it, we just ring them and tell them that we have refilled the pond!!!
