Should’ve taken the £10 million from Everton when they had the chance. They must be going for some sort of record for most managers in the last 10 seasons right?
Not that crazy. He was given a chance to manage in the premier league and only showed six months loyalty before his head was turned and he wanted to leave. He's had a run of 8 defeats and 1 win in 11. Fans turned against him after the Everton situation. They don't want to be dragged into a relegation battle and will want good form leading into trying to sell season tickets for next season. He had to be sacked but they should have let him go for ten million compensation when he first made his feelings clear.
They unveiled Spaniard Javi Gracia as their new boss literally hours after sacking Silva. The Club cited Everton's interest in unsettling him, which is a lame excuse to my mind.
