Concession prices will be announced in due course.</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">Seats will firstly go on sale via Albion's new and upgraded online ticketing service, 'Albion Online Ticketing', which can be accessed by visiting <font color="#ff0033">www.tickets.wbafc.co.uk</font>(for full details about the new system, <font color="#ff0000"><font color="#ff0000">click here</font></font>)</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">After the first four days of sale, the club will provide an 0121 telephone number for supporters unable to access the internet.</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">A separate 0121 number will also be set up for disabled supporters.</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">Once all bookings have been completed, tickets will be posted by registered mail at a charge of £4.70.</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">Collections will not be available as the ticket office must continue to process matchday/season-ticket sales. It is important supporters take note of this to enable the ticket office to provide an efficient service.</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">Once season ticket holders and members have claimed their allocation via the internet or telephone, the remaining tickets will be sold by Ticketmaster, which will charge a postage and admin fee.</span></p> <span style="font-size: 9pt; line-height: 115%; font-family: Arial">At this time, tickets will go on sale to all season ticket holders, members and supporters registered on the club's ticketing database who have attended at least five home games this season, plus current non-season ticket holders who buy a season-ticket for the 2008/09 season by the close of business on Monday, March 17. In reality the significant differences are An online and phone system so you dont need to queue and they have data on all fans available this allows A priority system with ST holders first People buying an ST for next season and people who have attended 5 games second anyone else who is registered with the club 3rd Seems a fair enough system to me. I still think our big mistake is no priority for those who have been to 5 games this season - A modern ticketing system would be nice but in reality we only need it once a season on average, ( 3 times already this season though) The club really does need to think about some way of improving it. Not sure how much it costs though by the way They have 24000 ST holders - we havebetween 6000 and 7000 so this means they have no choice but to make it one each our 4 per will leave a similar amount of tickets for everyone else

which is exactly why amazingly, West Brom have decided to discuss the problems and possible solutions with Ticket Master and then negotiate a deal. Who are after all experts in selling lots of tickets efficiently with and minimum fuss.

I'd be happy with just a membership scheme and database involving loyalty points for ST, home and away games plus anything else reasonable (like Centenary Society - now that I'm a member!)
OK 24,000 season-ticket holders, members and corporate customers To be pedantic they still can only offer 1 each As I have said elsewhere I dont support the 4 tickets per ST holder though I can understand why this was done. 2 Tickets or maybe 3 would have been fine in my opinion. My big complaint is the lack of priority for none ST holders who regularly or even occasionally attend
