I personally won't be going back to Oakwell until money is spent on quality players, Andy Ritchie must NOT be allowed to sign a contract ensuring his job in the 3rd division, or a big pay off when he's asked to leave, let Wednesday talk to him.

Ritchie stated that he was willing to play the lads that got us promoted, fair do's but now he has to get rid of the wasters, I could give you a list of perhaps 6-8 players but can't be arsed, he must make loan signings immediately, then in Jan some permanent ones, he is fast becoming a cert to be a managerial casualty and he can only blame himself, for a man that has been in football all his life, he simply does not understand the need for strength in depth, we are as good as down if he carries on with this blind faith in his mediocre playing staff.

 

Give me the 6-8 players then

if you have the list it should only take you a minute.

honestly players not good enough are
marc richards
paul hayes
robbie williams
colin healy
neil austin
tommy wright
heckinbottom
plus all the reserves team,that depressing enough

 

we dont even need ex prem players, just solid championship players who know this league and know what do to stay in it,we are still only four decent signings away from safety but we cant do it on the cheap

With all due respect to these players, they are not good enough for this league.

 

That appears to be the way the board want to go ,

so I'd get used to it.

 

WE ARE DESPERATE FOR A GOOD TARGET MAN

If nardiello is to play more of a part we all know his workrate is around 40% then we need a good CF who can hold the ball...i lost count of the amount of times the ball was hit long to richards or hayes and it just went straight back up the other end ..it says something when mcindoe is the best player to win headers from goalkicks.
Also quality LB needed easier said than done but tbh anything is better than what we have, dont think williams was awful today but his positional senmce is questionable
