do we not need to look longer term and try to build a bright future with the best of the youngsters we have? And pick a manager to facilitate this? I think we need to get real and look to assembling a nice footballing team to compete with next season's competition. We don't have the money to buy our way out of the state we're in. And don't have the players in the squad to get us to safety. So let's get real and prepare for what's to come. The sooner we start, the sooner it will be better next season. And who knows - we might have more of a level playing field finance wise in the not - too - distant future. Although we need to stop selling our assets off too quickly and cheaply Let's face it, we don't support the right team if we are looking for mega success But we need to plan if we want to be a Championship club. In the future. We are not good enough now. Front back or middle. And there is no Messiah out there. Honestly. Not for this season
we shall all go down together.. And I will be there next season But many won't. So give your pansies to those who stop turning up
Thing is... if we are to plan long-term, accept possible short-term setbacks like relagation and prepare to develop over the coming years, Hill would probably have been a good man for the job! But it appears we are rightly trying to preserve our status in the Championship. Three wins can see you move up a quarter of the league. Teams four points adrift with 5 games to go remain positive about staying up, so with a half a season... every chance of survvial.
