    The new kid is supposed to be a defensive midfielder, so not really a Howard type player.</p>

    But why midfield FFS. When a manager signs nowt but, I can't help thinking of Spackman.</p>

    It's called cover.</p>

    Let's be reight, Mattis is so far off the pace it's untrue at the moment and he rates our other midfield options so highly he stuck Robbie Williams in there once! Also, this lad is only on trial - so he might not sign anyway. And he's only a nipper - one for the future, shall we say. And yes, I know we need players for the present as we're threatened with the drop. All the same, if a good prospect becomes available, there's no harm in taking a look.

    haha, i know that was a little extreme, but it was meant to be a joke

    you have a fair point though. when saying we need cover though, you seem to be forgetting we can always recall the colossus titan of midfield defensive strengthe, mr. nicky wroe.

    18 and on a freebie. His wages wont be much either. We would be mad not to have a look at him. If he is owt like the other two Hungarians then we will have found another gem.
