Colgan - Republic of Ireland veteran

Reid - Played European football (I think he was a sub for Rangers a couple of times, may be wrong) but also he's had to switch countries in his career which surely matures a player a lot

Hassell - played 42 games in one season for Mansfield before we signed him, plus whatever before that, second season at the club.

Carbon - Bit of a journey man even though I think he's a decent defender, definately not inexperienced.

Kay - Been in and around the first team squad for almost 5 seasons now

    Austin - Same as Kay

Heckingbottom - Hardly inexperienced, played for 4 differenct clubs at various levels

Burns - Champions League appearances under his belt, and Australian international

McPhail - Champions League player, Republic of Ireland International (more than 10 caps???)

Shukur - After his stint with Hartlepool he's hardly inexperienced in this division, now his third season as a regular first teamer in this league

Howard - Remember reading he's was a virtual ever present for Swindon, in this division, since they signed him. Ex U21 international too

The only players who are really inexperienced are all our strikers, Dale Tongue, Robbie Williams, Richard Kell, and Martin Devaney. I don't think we can use young, inexperienced team, as an excuse anymore.

I don't think we can class Devanaey as inexperienced
