    There's this little thing called a salary cap you might have heard of it. We didn't shift our big earners until late and couldn't get new players in as a result. Keep up...

    Then what a nonsense it was to not give Bobby Hassle another contract. Easily good enough to play in this side and just what we're lacking at that moment, Steadying influence and someone the young uns could have looked up to and learned from.

    Agreed, a role he would've thrived in this season. Who knows Hourihane might've been on 20 goals now.

    James Bree RB 18
    George Smith LB 19
    Jack Cowgill CB 19
    Mason Holgate CB 18 .. he played as a fullback last night and was very impressive.

    IMHO I would like to see us develop the likes of these lads if at all possible.

    We got a few in at the last minute. Wilson said he was 4/5 bodies short. There was obviously no one around that we fancied/could afford.

    By the tme the high earners were gone we needed everybody having no strikers/goalkeeper or midfield.
