Thanks for your message. Although all feedback is valued, we tend to listen to feedback from people who have genuine reasons for writing to us to express their displeasure. We are less likely to pay much attention to feedback from people expressing their anger at nothing more than internet rumours, propagated on the internet and social media by Leeds United fans.

Whether you are English or not, surely you have the ability to read English? If so, may I draw you attention to the following link, and the attached article from today's Daily Mail, which will no doubt give you more of an insight into this incident.

It is what we tend to refer to in English circles as "The Truth". I hope you will not jump to conclusions as quickly in the future.

    Kind regards and best wishes

    Paul

    Hi there Tim,
I am really sorry to hear that your am (I presume you mean Ham) isn't English as I know just how tasty a nice sandwich with English Ham and English mustard can be but besides from advise you to go to the shop and purchase some from the Deli counter I'm not sure what you expect us to do to assist you. Thanks ever so much for contacting us though.

Do enjoy your butty, hopefully while reading this BBS.

PS. Crusty bread is always best; they do a lovely Hedgehog loaf at Asda that makes a delicious Ham butty.
