I really believe we have the best squad of players we have had for some time. Which makes it all the more frustrating watching matches like the one last night.

A back four with our best centre back playing out of position for a player who is slow and clearly past his best.

Arguably our best striker stuck out on the wing and then taken off!

Just what is it all about? I'm convinced that if we get Foster and Souza back in the centre the defence will fair better. Who could argue with that?

Macken and Hume up front with Oddjob to come on and play a part when neccessary.

I'm sure it would not take much to get this team getting results. I've seen far worse teams at Oakwell do far better.

Davey must take a large share of the blame for last night. But we should stick with him. He has assembled a team of good players, he just needs to get them to play!

you are right but we need a change of system. 3-5-2 or 5-3-2 would be my feeling if they right players are picked. also put JCR down the middle either in a free role or off a front man.

hmmm I'm not sure. I definitely would not opt for 3 at the back.

    If the players are better

but the results and performances are not, then the only conclusion to draw is that the fault lies with the tactics, the coaching - the management.</p>

If that's where the problem lies, then sadly that's also where the solution lies. The Manager has to go.

potentially we have, but after watching us this season, i just don't think we're up to it.

looking around the championship, their squads are immense. theres only about 3/4 other teams who have similar/worse squads than ours, i just hope we end up finishing above that lot!

get behind em though, even if JCR does look like a malteser in a shirt
