we have two weeks till our next League game

It would be very nice to see 3 to 4 signings, and at least 2 of them be well experienced.

I also hope we make it to the JPT final at Wembley.

Some say its a pointless competition, but it gets over a half million for the winner.. its trip to Wembley, its morale and confidence building... and its a very nice looking trophy too.

 

I heard its 130k to the winner plus possible share of gate money.But like you say in terms of morale confidence building we should go all out to get there.

 

The prize money for the winner if they start in the first round and win the thing is only about £125kin total

 

then theres gate money and TV money too.

 

It's the gate money where all the brass comes from. The JPT was worth £700,000 to Bristol City last season, the vast majority coming from he final. I thought it was a £million, but seems I over egged it (Soz Gaz).

If we get to the final and its a big if then i will only go if we play Millwall due to meeting family members who are Millwall fans.

In the event of it being anyone else I will stay at home and watch on telly.

Wish they would ditch the competition
