I think the silence is encouraging. If the meeting with the lawyers on Monday had concluded in the club and Hume deciding they weren't taking legal action I don't see that there'd be any reason not to announce the fact. Hopefully the silence means one of two things - either they're waiting until the papers have been served to the relevant parties before announcing it or they believe the FA will rule in their favour and are waiting for them to take action before making their own moves.</p>
