REDS boss Simon Davey has revealed he needs to change things at Oakwell after seeing his side exit the FA Cup at the hands of Southend United last night.</p>

Speaking after the game, Simon said: &quot;At the moment we have players who have been in this situation all season and have got used to losing. We need to bring in new players who are from winning teams and are confident and fresher.</p>
