    Or stop appointing bad ones.....

I was all for Johnson carrying on an turning things around but I think he's done his best now and its time to look at replacements.

6 losses in a row is beyond a joke now and we can carry on how we are....

    Apparently we can!

We're the laughing stock of League 1

Soon to be of League 2

It's almost like every time we sack a manager we become a less attractive proposition for other managers. I can't get my head around why that would be.

Perhaps it's because people don't want to work under the constraints of the powers that be!
Not saying that is true but what else could it be?

We can do both. You're right that we need to stick with a manager but it has to be the right manager and not a poor manager who won't take us forwards. I'm not saying this with the benefit of hindsight, my posts on here will back this up, but LJ was a bad appointment. You have to recruit the right man, not the bloke who will say yes and blindly follow a strategy that is wrong and which will ultimately see him out of work with an even worse CV than he had when he joined us.

Totally agree with those comments. We have sacked lots of managers but just because we've done that doesn't mean to say we stick with a manager who is clueless. The issue now seems to go much deeper than the manager, how much say does he have on recruitment, how much influence do the CEO and owner have? We don't know that but in the past when things have gone badly the fall guy has been the manager. The fact that LJ is the head coach not manager seems to bring further attention to why things ar going wrong beyond just him.

For me LJ is struggling and after the Crewe game when, to me he seemed clueless against a very weak team, we should be thinking about an alternative. However, if there are influences beyond the manager we will continue in the same cycle until something higher up changes.

For someone who probably is in the happy clappers section, I'm not happy and I'm not clapping.

It's not just the 6 losses though is it, it the way we are playing as well that's worrying. We have Nyatanga as club captain and Mawson as team captain but we're still lacking a leader on the pitch. LJ looked lost on touchline yesterday and out smarted by Robins. Can't see us getting anything at Coventry, not the best of hunting grounds in past for us.

A Coventry side that were crap last season until they brought in a manager with a bit of pedigree. Coventry certainly used the summer to strengthen there team a lot better than we did, LJ is making us worse with his transfers/ loans.

Totally agree... If we were losing but having a decent go it wouldn't be so bad but we lack ideas and direction and that's the most worrying thing.

He has to go, poor team selection, tactics, substitutions, enough said. Oldham got hit for seven during his time and were shocking at Oakwell. He has no past success to say he will get it right. His only winning run was started by Burton. Some fans don't care anymore and I know season ticket holders who have stayed away. Nice man but time to go.
