So what does that make us ??? The decision by Ritchie not to bring in experienced championship players after Cardiff is now begining to look like pig-headedness on a grand scale
Flawed logic I'm afraid Wednesday have not brought any new players in-just sacked their manager-is that what you are advocating??
Quick question young nudge if you had a choice between chopra and shipperely who would you sign? or sharp and horsefield? Experience is necessarily the answer, i'd rather have quality before experience and that is what we need!!?!?!
RE: Quick question young nudge Chopra cost £500k plus big wages. Shipperly would cost nothing, and wages would not be prohibitive. Sharp would cost in excess of £1m. Horsfield's loan cost would be minimal and percentage of wages covered. On that basis, experience is the only option.
RE: Quick question young nudge chopra was not free - Cardiff had to pay money for his training as Newcastle had offered him a new contract. Its all F.A standards as part of bosman signings for players under the age of 24. On your basis, Hayes was a free transfer for Barnsley.

RE: Quick question young nudge Fair enough. I was going on this:
http://www.soccerbase.com/players_details.sd?playerid=32217

not a question of money but who would you choose if you had the money would you go for experience or quality these are all players we were supposedly interested in and these are just examples so if you had a choice between forrester and easter both from league 2 who would you go for? I'm not saying that younger players are better but just stating that we need quality first and experience is a added bonus!!
